Reputed and established Lemongrass in Lygon Street CARLTON on the city fringe requires Chef's assistants on a parttime basis. Working Hours negotiable.
Experience preferred and also knowledge of Asian and Thai cuisine and service derirable. Applicants should idealy have a good understanding of Asian cuisine but those who will be able to pick up product knowledge quickly are welcome to apply. This would suit those who are experienced in working with the Wok and also those who are seeking to learn more in Asian cookery.
It is unlikely that backpackers and travellers would suit the long term nature of this position.
