New opening for ambitious 2nd/3rd year apprentice in BRUNSWICK EAST, Victoria

CERES in Brunswick East has been leading the way in establishing sustainable food systems for 30 years, and The Merri Table now has an opening in our sparkling modern kitchen, serving our venue space.
The Merri Table combines modern, dynamic cooking with direct relationships to farmers and growers, and there are ample avenues for gaining new skills and knowledge well beyond most restaurants. We work within a not-for-profit organisation that includes a nursery, organic farm, bee hives, chook farm, aquaponics, permaculture- good food is at the core of what we are about.
