Our spacious apartment has a spare room for rent in East Brunswick.
Using ether tram #1 or 8, you can access the CBD in just 20mins.
There are many cafes, bars and specialty stores near our apartment to keep you entertained.
It's a fully furnished room including a desk & chair, queen size bed and linen.

Rent is $200 p/w- inclusive of all utilities (electricity, gas, water, WiFi ect...).
You only need to clean your own room and dishes, we'll take care of the rest. And items such as toilet paper, laundry powder and so on will also be provided.
We are an Aussie/Japanese couple in our early 30's. both full time employed.
Preference goes to a female however we're looking for the right personality i.e someone humble, courteous and respectful.
Students or professionals are welcome to apply however, we won't consider couples.
