We are looking for a tidy professional between the ages of 25-40 to join our home.
Our current housemate is moving in with his partner and needs someone to take over the his lease till at least March. Move in date is negotiable.
The house is a new 3 story townhouse in a quiet block a short walk to Nicholson Street and Lygon street.
Lygon street boasts a 15 min Tram ride to the city (1 and 8) as well as a plethora of Cafes, Restaurants and Bars.
Nicholson street runs the 96 tram and is a great spot for coffee and breakfast on a lazy weekend morning.
The common areas are fully furnished although Jacob will be taking some of the kitchen accessories.
The house includes gas stove, excellent insulation, a rain water system and wall mounted air conditioners that make for a comfortable space and keep bills down.
The room is on to ground floor with an ensuite bathroom and walk through robe. (No furniture)

Rent is $1050 paid monthly in advance on the 25th which works out at $242 a week and does not include bills. Bond is $1050.
