Padre Coffee are looking for strong and experienced staff and currently recruiting. We're looking for full timers for our stores (East Brunswick & South Melbourne Market) Purpose of the Roles Baristas will be responsible for setting up, dailing in, pouring and serving our range of blends and single origins and will require familiarity with both espresso and manual brewing methods. Recently renovated, our stores have the best and most up to date equipment available- including V Slayers, EK4, the Juggler, PuqPress and an extensive rage of manual brewing gear- to make coffee prep a pleasure. In this enviroment, both the coffee served and he customer experience must be of the highest posssible standard. Baristas and retail staf alike must be personable, friendly and professional. The core task of Retail staff will be guiding Padre customers through our range of blends, single origins and extensive selection of coffee gear. Extensive training is provided but a knowledge of and enthusiasm for specialty coffee is essential, as is a friendly, polite and approachable manner in order. We aim to provide the highest level of service to build and strengthen our customer relationships.
