Looking for a dynamic and customer driven individual with barista skills. Must have exceptional wine and cocktail knowledge, wine and food pairing knowledge, be able to make coffee (Melbourne standard) and have attention to detail in a fast environment. Must be able to work well with people and independently. Zia Teresa Restaurant We have a fantastic opportunity for a strong, professional, experienced Barista and all rounder to join our team. We run a successful, long established Italian restaurant and are looking for EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCED individuals only to join our dynamic team. We are a busy restaurant and require our staff to maintain finesse and work professionally while under pressure. We require all our team members to be friendly and courteous to other team members and customers at ALL TIMES. We are a hard working and friendly environment and successful applicant must be able to adapt to our work culture. Strong skills in coffee making and wine knowledge is essential. Must have certificate RSA (Responsible serving of Alcohol). You must be able to speak English fluently with excellent communication skills. Italian is an advantage, (but not necessary) as most of our staff and customers are Italian. As part of service you are required to adapt to the Italian service and culture we provide all our customers with. You must be able to follow directions be a fast learner and worker Have attention to detail and extreme cleanliness is a huge plus highly organised with the ability to prioritise multi task Work efficiently, responsibly and independently if required. We require you to be professional, courteous, punctual reliable AVAILABLE PUBLIC HOLIDAYS XMAS, NYE weekends and evenings. Working hours are allocated dependant on experience.
