THE ROLE The day to day includes Developing new and existing client relationships to meet sales targets Answering client phone calls and emails in a timely manner Meeting and greeting clients who visit our retail space and offering styling advice that best meets their needs Resolving client queries and issues to achieve the best outcome Providing support to the Cargo production team and sharing customer insights Using Microsoft suite of applications to communicate, create presentations and manage information Liaising with our warehouse and external suppliers Ad hoc administration support DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
