Lead a small team of talented baristas in a newly refurbished Park St. (ex Green Park), North Carlton. A rare oppurtunity has presented itself for an experienced Head Barista looking for a new challenge or a someone on the cusp ready to take the next big step. Park St. (Ex Green Park), a large ( seat) bustling cafe in North Carlton, is looking for a motivated self starter to take full control of the coffee program. You will be responsible for ordering, rostering, training, recruitment, quality and maintenance. We will offer you an established experienced team, great equipment, excellent conditions, hours and pay. You will be organised, motivated, experienced and able to control key factors like wage costs and COGS.
