The house is beautifully finished with all the mod cons....air con, gas heating, flatscreen, PS3 etc. All Bills are included in the price. All local and national calls free, internet, Electricity, gas, water etc. Some cleaning products too as well as regular house cleaning of communal areas.
The room is a large size with queen bed, wardrobe, bed side tables, drawers and backs on to the rear courtyard of the house.
We are after someone that is friendly and considerate of the others. Someone who doesn't mind a couple of drinks over the weekend on occassion and you must be able to clean up after yourself. Perfect if you are new to Melbourne as there is always someone to hang out with.
This room is available to couples, however a second person in the room will cost an additional $50 per week. And, only happy couples thanks :-)
