We have a gorgeous 3 floor townhouse on Albert st in Brunswick East and are looking for a third to enjoy it with.

Unfurnished (the rest of the house is furnished)
Share the bathroom and top floor with Maggie (who has the other top floor room)
About the Housemates
Friendly, chatty and independant we like home to feel warm and - well - like home. Our style is occasional dinner parties and interesting conversation rather than booze ups .
Both graduates, professionals, mid thirties and female Ash likes her art, sailing and working in B2B marketing. Maggie likes her yoga, running/riding and cooking. Having recently moved to Melbourne she is looking at a careeer change with the aim to study midwifery next year.
Living together is easy and great fun - be it watching Q&A, sharing dark chocolate or cooking up a health storm.
About the house
I love this house. In the shed is a piano I (Ash) am learning to play, on the ground floor is the laundry and my room/ensuite, on the middle floor is a fantasic sunlit kitchen/dining/tv floor with two balconies and up the top are two large rooms and a second bathroom.
Nicely there is a park down the road, the 96 tram (leaves every 10 mins) half a block away and Merri creek is a three minute jog. Lygon st eateries are a little further but still not far.
About you
Sane, friendly, independant, enjoy sunshine and a bit of a chat
In truth it all depends on personality - but probably a little older (30's ish) and working, friendly, engaged by life and the universe (or at least your work/hobbies :-)) and likes to stop and have a conversation over coffee/a juice or a shared meal. If you have deck chairs for the balcony that's a plus!
